Partner Organizations

ECiDC partners with federally-funded technical assistance centers and professional organizations to ensure its impact on policy and practice.

Early Childhood Personnel Center

The Early Childhood Personnel Center (ECPC) is focused on building awareness that an integrated, comprehensive system of personnel development (CSPD) for the early childhood workforce in every state – one that is cohesive with state and national personnel standards, competencies, and recommended practices, will produce the most successful outcomes for children and families with disabilities.

Early Childhood Technical Assistance Center

The Early Childhood Technical Assistance (ECTA) Center supports state IDEA Part C and Part B, Section 619 programs in developing more equitable, effective, and sustainable state and local systems, that support access and full participation for each and every young child with a disability, and their family. The ECTA Center is committed to creating an organizational culture where racial equity is embedded across our work and is characterized by respect for all people. A diverse workforce across our myriad of social identities brings multiple experiences, perspectives, and ideas that result in an effective organization.
